Pakistan and India got agree in the last meeting of Pakistani prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Indian prime minister Modi in Russia. In the first phase Mr. Sartaj Aziz was visiting India on Sunday for the first round of talks. Sartaj Aziz invited Kashmiri leaders to Dehli for meeting but India asked Sartaj Aziz and Pakistan not to meet Kashmiris. Pakistan is not allowed to meet before the bilateral talks because this means that Pakistan is considering Kashmiris as stack holders. Pakistan refused to continue talks if they are not allowed to meet the leaders of Kashmir like Syed Ali Gillani. Wusatullah Khan have written an excellent column on the Indo-Pak talks which was published in BBC Urdu.
